These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use www.mamasonlinebiz.com (“Site”), owned and operated by Shari Talbot (Mama’s Online Biz). This Site sells digital products, memberships, and may promote third-party or affiliate products.

Everything on this Site — including text, graphics, designs, digital downloads, courses, and logos — belongs to Mama’s Online Biz unless otherwise noted. You may use purchased products for your own personal or business use, but you may not copy, share, or resell them without permission.

5. Sale of products and services

Digital products and courses

All digital product sales are final. Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are not offered unless there is a technical issue with the file itself.
We do our best to describe products clearly, but results may vary depending on how you use them.

Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
You can cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle; partial refunds are not provided.
Content within memberships may change or update over time.

Coaching and services

Coaching, copywriting, or other services are billed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Third-party products and affiliate links

Sometimes we recommend products or link to third-party sites. Some of these may be affiliate links, meaning Mama’s Online Biz may earn a small commission if you make a purchase (at no extra cost to you).

We only promote tools or resources we believe are helpful, but:

We can’t guarantee third-party products or services.
You are responsible for reviewing their terms and privacy policies before purchasing.

7. Payments

We accept payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (like Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment details.

Unless otherwise noted, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
If you make a purchase, you may also see information from Opportunities Arise and/or Gratitude Designs.
